First Lady Marie Moye proudly serves with her husband Elder Basil Addison Moye, Sr. Pastor of the Macedonia Church of God In Christ. Her love for God is evident in her humble nature and her ministry to the congregation. She is an active force in Macedonia and currently serving as President of the Women's Department, Sunday school teacher. She is a licensed Evangelist in the Church of God in Christ, Inc. Lady Marie serves as president of the Artistic Fingers Auxiliary of the Washington, D.C. Jurisdiction under the Leadership of Bishop Neavelle Coles and Supervisor ViCurtis Little. Lady Marie also serves as the A.D. Headen District secretary under the leadership of Superintendent Jerry L. Cork, Sr. and District Missionary Bulah P. Wheeler.
Evangelist Moye is the mother four amazing children (Marlon, Antonis, Basil Jr. & Breanna), and five grandchildren (Kaden, Micah, Aubrey, Ashely & Emmali). She is the third child of John and Lena Moore and has three siblings.
Lady Marie is the founder of Lady Marie’s Creations, a company that designs and creates beautiful custom gifts, silk wedding arrangements and custom sweetheart tables. She is known for her beautiful flower lapel pins. In the spiritual, she is one of God's prize possessions. She is a woman of valor, a woman who exemplifies courage in doing the work of the Lord. First Lady is an embodiment of unconditional love. The Lord has given her great gifts and talents that are utilized in Macedonia. Her heart's desire is to open an Unwed Mother’s Center called "Nana's Daughters. The vision of this facility is to provide resources necessary for pregnant unwed teen mothers to carry their child to term. Also, teach and train them to become Christian young ladies and effective role models in their communities. Her favorite scripture is Psalm 34:1 “I will bless the Lord at all times: his praises shall continually be in my mouth.
